About Us
Ready 2 Transition LLC (R2TLLC) is an educational support program for preschool through 5th grade students. Through our assessments our instructors are able to identify the root cause of students' struggles and customize a learning path to help with filling the gaps with the help of the triangle(families,school,transition team).
Meet The Owner
Miss.Turner has been in education for 14+ years. Her passion and desire is to see learners transition successfully from one learning domain to the next. Preparing children for kindergarten has always been her niche where she gathers so much joy.Miss.Turner believes that building bridges is the way to connecting all the pieces for success. She makes it her priority to build healthy,resourceful and impactful relationships in the communities to help all those she is connected to and will be connected to.
